Single Leg Bridge with Stick (Video)

If you mastered the regular bridge, try out single leg bridges. They help with leg imbalances and are a great body weight exercise to strengthen your posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, and core). Use as a daily warm-up with or without the stick.
