Hip flexor and hamstring stretch flow (Utilizing StickMobility)

Hip tightness and imbalances can cause issues elsewhere in the body. Focusing on the proper length tension of the hip flexor and hamstrings can help remedy low back pain and bring balance to the kinetic chain.
